Natthapatch Danbenchaphan is the Managing Director of Mind Tools Co., Ltd. based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. She gained more than twenty years of learning and organizational development experience. Natthapatch is an expert in Human Resource Development, Coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
Natthapatch worked in multi international companies as Learning and Development Manager, to plan, create and execute Human Resource development strategy in various industry areas.
She holds a Master in International Management from University of Exeter in the UK and a Bachelor in Sociology and Anthropology from Thammasat University, Thailand.
Along with providing facilitation to senior leadership teams and senior managers in the areas of Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, Talent & Succession Planning and Change Management, Natthapatch Danbenchaphan is also a facilitator for a broad range of Leadership Skills interventions. She has had experience in several international companies such as logistics, couriers, freight forwarder and pharmaceutical companies and was Learning and Organizational Development Manager for MSD (Merck) and TNT.
Natthapatch is a Certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master Trainer and a seasoned Life coach by using NLP approach. She has helped hundreds of people create more of what they want in their lives by utilizing Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), including methods for helping people identify and to change limiting beliefs, create better relationships, set personal and business goals, integrate new behavior and communicate more effectively with themselves and others.
