What is NLP
NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. What it is, where it comes from, how it works and how to start learning it, explained by a Licensed NLP Trainer.

To learn you how to model abilities of successful persons you admire, I give you some of how I have done it. For most of my adolescence and young adulthood, I fantasized about being a musician. A rock star, in particular. Any badass piano song I heard, I would always close my eyes and envision myself up on stage playing it to the screams of the crowd. People absolutely losing their minds to my sweet playing on the piano. This fantasy could keep me occupied for hours on end. The fantasizing continued up through college, even after I dropped out of music school and stopped playing seriously. But even then it was never a question of if I would ever be up playing in front of screaming crowds, but when.
I was spending my time before I could invest the proper amount of time and effort into getting out there and making it work. First, I needed to finish school. Then, I needed to make money. Then, I needed to find the time. Then… and then nothing. I Learned the art to model abilities of successful persons you admire.
There are people who are successful, they do what they do with a flair. Whatever they do, they succeed. And it is not a coincidence they succeed. They just simply ask the right question at the right moment. What kind of questions do you ask yourself? Do you still ask questions like “Why is this happening to me?”
Modeling abilities of successful people is not that hard. It is about using your senses. You maintain rapport, you read eye-accessing cues and you keep your eyes on the prize. Preferable all five. Are you with me?
By observing successful people you will notice that they use specific questions and observations. We see, hear, feel, smell and taste. Now by observing the person you admire, you are able to detect a strategy. For your information, a strategy minimally flows through two or more representational systems.
So by asking the right questions to this successful person, you are able to elicit their strategy and use it to your own health. Simple, isn’t it?
Who do you admire? What kind of successful person do you want to be? Ask yourself and start to model abilities of successful people you admire.
