Cancelation, Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your experience. Please read our Cancelation, Return and Refund policy carefully.

Return and Refund for our Services:

Mind Tools Co., Ltd understands that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or postpone your participation in one of our training programs. Our cancellation and refund policy for training services are as follows:

7 days after the date of purchase of training: 100% of the total training fee.
15 days before the first day of training: No refund will be provided, or you choose to be automatically enrolled in the next available training date.
1 month before the first day of training: 50% refund of the total training fee will be provided, or you choose to be automatically enrolled in the next available training date.
2 months before the first day of training: 90% refund, or you choose to be automatically enrolled in the next available training date.

Eligibility for Refunds:

To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made within the specified timeframes mentioned above. Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation date and the applicable refund.

If you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your cancellation request. Please state your Order ID in the subject of the message. Upon receival we will review your request and process the refund according to the terms outlined above. You will receive our response to your request, no later than 3 working days after receival of such a request received by Us.
