We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Content Developer to create engaging, impactful, and high-quality training materials for our corporate training, personal development, coaching, and seminar programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of adult learning principles, expertise in personal growth topics, and the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible content.

Qualifications we are looking for are:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communications, or a related field. Master’s preferred.
Proven experience in content development for corporate training, coaching, or personal development industries.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both Thai and English language.
Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) is a plus.
Knowledge of instructional design theories and adult learning principles.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt content strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and update training modules, e-learning courses, workshop materials, and seminar content aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and coaches to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Conduct research on industry trends, emerging topics, and best practices to ensure content remains current and innovative.
Create multimedia content including videos, presentations, workbooks, and interactive activities.
Incorporate feedback from trainers and participants to continuously improve training materials.
Ensure all content aligns with branding, instructional design principles, and accessibility standards.
Maintain a content calendar to organize development timelines and deliverables.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials through assessments and learner feedback.

Preferred Skills

Proven experience delivering training or coaching sessions.
Background in multimedia production and digital content creation.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
