Qualifications we are looking for are:

Proven experience in corporate training, coaching, or facilitation, preferably within personal development topics.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to adapt training methods to diverse audiences and learning styles.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Neuro-Linguistic Programming, coaching, DISC, MBTI, leadership development) are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.

Your Responsibilities

Develop, prepare, and facilitate interactive training programs and workshops on topics related to personal growth, leadership, communication, time management, and other corporate skills.
Assess client needs and customize training content to meet organizational objectives and individual development goals.
Use a variety of instructional techniques and tools to ensure engaging and effective learning experiences.
Provide coaching and mentorship to participants, fostering a positive learning environment.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and follow-up sessions, making improvements as needed.
Collaborate with clients to understand their training requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new training methods in personal and professional development.
Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
