As our Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of Mind Tools. You’ll work closely with content creators, marketing teams, and UI/UX specialists to develop engaging graphics for websites, mobile apps, social media, print materials, and more. This position demands a forward-thinking designer who stays up-to-date with the latest trends and standards in graphic and UI design, ensuring that our visuals are modern, accessible, and effective.

Qualifications we are looking for in a Graphic Designer:

Professional Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in graphic design, UI design, or related roles, with a portfolio showcasing diverse digital and print projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant design tools. Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools is a plus.
Design Standards & Trends: Deep understanding of current design principles, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), responsive design, and mobile-first approaches.
UI/UX Awareness: Ability to craft user-friendly interfaces, understanding basic usability and interaction design concepts.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to articulate ideas clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creativity & Innovation: Passionate about pushing creative boundaries while adhering to brand guidelines.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring pixel-perfect designs and consistency across all assets.

Your Responsibilities as a Graphic Designer

Develop original visual concepts for a variety of digital and offline media, including branding, infographics, banners, icons, and illustrations.
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to produce visually aligned assets that enhance user engagement and comprehension.
Create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for websites and mobile applications, adhering to current UI/UX standards for clarity, accessibility, and responsiveness.
Maintain consistency in visual language, branding guidelines, and style across all platforms and materials.
Adapt and optimize designs for multiple formats, devices, and audiences, ensuring high quality and performance.
