As an Administrative Assistant, you will support our daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, coordinating activities, and ensuring effective communication across teams. Your efforts will be vital in helping us maintain a productive, efficient work environment.

Qualifications we are looking for are:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication abilities in both Thai and English
  • Proficiency with office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and calendar management (Outlook and Exchange)
  • You are excellent in collecting and generating reports for both our Clients as for our Internal Organization.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate schedules and appointments
  • Assist with internal and external communication in both Thai and English
  • Organize meetings and prepare necessary materials
  • Support various administrative projects as needed
