Your Responsibilities as a Sales Executive at Mind Tools

Identify and engage prospective corporate clients across various industries to introduce Mind Tools’ learning solutions.
Understand clients’ unique challenges and tailor compelling presentations of our training programs and resources.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers, HR leaders, and L&D professionals.
Conduct demos, negotiations, and close deals that align with client goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of training solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging client needs to position Mind Tools as the preferred learning partner.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s growth trajectory.
