Qualifications we are looking in a Human Resource Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management, with a focus on talent acquisition, HRD/OD, and resource management.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational psychology.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software tools.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in written and spoken Thai and English.

Your Responsibilities as Human Resource Manager

Talent Scoping & Recruitment: Develop and implement effective strategies for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent. Lead the end-to-end selection process, including posting job openings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires to ensure a seamless experience.
HR Development & Organizational Development: Design and execute HRD initiatives that enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement. Lead OD programs to facilitate organizational change, improve processes, and promote a positive workplace culture.
Resource Optimization: Analyze and manage the organization’s human resources and company assets, ensuring optimal utilization to meet strategic objectives.
Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in accordance with legal standards and best practices. Ensure the organization remains compliant with employment laws and regulations.
Performance Management: Establish performance appraisal systems, feedback mechanisms, and career development pathways that motivate employees and support organizational growth.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR analytics to inform strategies, track key metrics, and demonstrate the impact of HR initiatives.
