Day 1:

The Sales Success Mindset
Introduction to Five step Sales.
Establish Rapport
- How to build rapport in your sales call.
- Using body language to gain trust and understanding.
- Representation Systems – language for success.
Learn the art of Asking the right Questions
- Applying the Meta Model to ask the right questions and receive clear answers
- Practice Listening skills to get to the core of your customer needs.

Day 2:

Find your Customers needs
- Ask and practice the aim-targeted questions to elicit needs.
- Apply persuasion technique covertly.
- Mapping the need to your product or service.
  - Feature-Advantage-Benefit of your products and services
  - Elicited desired outcomes to get explicit needs from your customer
  - Reframing techniques
- Ask of the order.
- Handle real and fake objections Techniques

Your trainer is Natthapatch Danbenchaphan with over 15 years of Leadership Skill and Change Management experience. Natthapatch is thoroughly trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming and is a Licensed NLP Master Trainer, internationally recognized by the Society of NLP and Dr. Richard Bandler, Co-Founder of NLP.

This training is inclusive your Sales Toolkit; Questions for Success, and Sales Profiling Tools. Accompanied with worksheets, resources and rich media which are shared throughout the progress of this training. Tea, Coffee, Water and Soft drinks are available during the day. Snacks during breaks and well-organized lunch make this training complete.

The Duration of Five Step Sales is 2 Days.

We start at 10:00 and run to 17:00.
